• It can be used as a full range stereo two channel integrated amplifier. Just add speakers, a CD player and you are done!
• It can be used as an integrated amplifier for a 2.1 system utilizing a powered subwoofer (note in this configuration, the subwoofer volume will not track with the BPA-1's volume control).
• It can be used as a bridged subwoofer amplifier. Simply connect your passive subwoofer, set to mono mode and engage the low pass filter for a killer 150 watt subwoofer amp.

• It can also be used in a daisy chain fashion by running the signal out of one BPA-1 to another and you configure each BPA-1 appropriately.
The narrow width chassis is designed for convenient shelf or system rack mounting. Three units will fit in the space that one stereo component amplifier normally would use.
A typical set up may include one BPA-1 amplifier for left and right stereo front speakers, a second BPA-1 amplifier used as left and right (surround) speakers and a third BPA-1 amplifier used for center channel. Full range bridge mode capability allows the use of the two channels connected together to form one high power amplifier channel, providing 100 watts into 8 Ohm minimum load for something like a center channel (with a single BPA-1) or a discrete left and right setup (with two BPA-1’s).
The BPA-1 can also be configured for use as a subwoofer amplifier with an adjustable electronic crossover. With the crossover switch in the OFF position it is a full range amplifier, but when switched to LOWPASS, it will function as a subwoofer amplifier.
The Emotiva BPA-1 Power Amplifier has been specially designed to drive any modern loudspeaker system with a rated nominal impedance of at least 4 Ohms.
