Our new line of cinema reference surround speakers are made in cooperation with speaker design guru Vance Dickason, author of the renowned 'Loudspeaker Design Cookbook.'
Featuring hand finished black satin lacquer cabinets, brushed billet aluminum faceplates and magnetically attached grills, these speakers have an elegant finish that creates a clean, modern look which lends itself to any system or room.
The ultra long-throw, tri-fiber cone woofers and silk dome tweeters (with integral heat sinks for increased power handling) are custom made for Emotiva. The crossovers utilize high quality aircore inductors and metal film capacitors. The five way binding posts, also mounted on a billet aluminum plate, provide a secure and long-lasting connection. The cabinets are heavily braced and critically damped for low resonance.
Unique selector switches let you optimize each surround speaker's role. They can be configured as either left or right side dipoles, or as left or right rear bi-poles. One surround model is perfect for all room positions and listener preferences.
